Choosing a photographer can be a big decision. Whether it's your first time or not, we want to make sure that we are a good fit for each other. That starts with an understanding of the experience we give our clients.
What it felt like
Our style is mostly defined by our focus on real moments. When you look at a photo from your wedding day, you should remember what it felt like. We won't leave you standing there wondering what you should do with no direction, but we also aren't going to pose each and every single limb and facial expression. When you look at your photos, we want you to be reliving authentic moments, not fake posed ones.
It isn't just about the finish line
We have spent a lot of time and money designing numerous guides for our clients. We send each client our wedding guide once they have booked. It's 45 pages of information on timelines, getting ready, first looks, portrait sessions, and other tips and tricks that we have learned over the years. We have several guides for engagements and bridals, too.
Focus on you, not traditions
Cake is good - doughnuts are too. Everybody is different. Everybody's story is different. It's these things that make us who we are. The way that we interact, shoot, and edit is reflective of who our couples are. It's these small things that we feel like go a long way in defining who we are and what our style is. We want our couples to hire us and trust our artistic choices, but our creativity is not to benefit us. These are your memories together, we are just there to capture them.
If you are still around and thinking these are the weirdos for us, let's plan a time to chat about details. If you are in our area we would love to invite you in to our studio. If not, we can set up a time to chat on the phone!lets chat
